To help us review your request faster, include:

• The email address on your account
• Your order number or payment receipt email for billing questions
• Your task ID and a screenshot if an edit failed or returned an unexpected result
• The source image dimensions, selected model, output settings, and prompt used

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Billing and Credits

If credits do not appear after payment, send your account email and order details so we can compare the checkout and credit records. If a paid edit fails or returns no usable image, send the task ID and screenshots so we can review the task state.

Better Image Text Editing Results

For a result-quality question, include the original wording, exact replacement wording, and what must remain unchanged. A prompt such as “Replace ‘SUMMER SALE’ with ‘AUTUMN SALE’; keep the same font style, color, size, spacing, perspective, lighting, and background” is easier to diagnose than a general request to fix the image.

AI image editing is probabilistic, so a result may require another generation or a more precise prompt. Clear, high-resolution source images generally work better than compressed or blurry screenshots.

Privacy, Rights, and Safe Use

Only upload images, logos, people, products, and brand assets you have the right to use. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, private payment credentials, or highly sensitive image files. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before using the service.
